Private Sessions: Clients work one-on-one with a certified instructor utilizing the entire Pilates system to customize and focus on their individual needs. In specific cases, the instructor can modify exercises for an injury, chronic pain or other requirements. Private sessions also prepare clients for group equipment classes and can also be used periodically for refinement or review of specific exercises as clients seek the next level in their Pilates practice.

  Group Reformer Classes: Three to five clients work with one certified instructor using the entire Pilates system, (Reformer, Tower, Wunda Chair, Mat work) while still receiving individual attention for their specific needs. A total body workout and invigorating session that flows through the Pilates exercises. All classes are personalized to client ability. *Three (3) private sessions are required before joining a group class as clients need to be familiar with the apparatus and exercise repertoire.  
           
  Duet Sessions - Two participants with similar needs and goals share one instructor utilizing the entire Pilates system. Similar to Private session but includes the fun and challenge of sharing it with a friend, partner, or co-worker.

  Tower Classes Combine essential mat work with the benefits of a multitude of exercises using Pilates Tower equipment The tower utilizes spring-based resistance with the push-through bar, roll back breathing bar, leg springs and arm springs to challenge and strengthen the entire body Through this system of springs and bars, the equipment supports the body to ensure proper stabilization and positioning, while providing added resistance for strengthening, toning and lengthening muscles.

  Mat Classes - Mat work is foundation of the Pilates system, and just about every benefit Pilates has to offer is available through our mat classes. Mat classes consist of floor (mat) work and the use small props (e.g. magic circle, weights, foam roller, thera-bands, balls, etc.). No prerequisites. All fitness levels welcome. *All classes are personalized to client ability.
